What's a good weight?
I'm 26, 5'7, 234lbs. BMI is 37. I was 255lbs but when I started my new job 3 months ago I lost 20lbs. Yay! But I want to keep going. Obviously being healthy is the goal here - strong, smart and sensual (Bobs Burgers fans! Heh) and hubby and I want the babies. I have PCOS. I've stopped birth control, taking my prenatal vitamins and working on stop smoking (ew I know - gross). My understanding is my weight should be 140-167lbs. But I don't want to be "skinny" I wanna be fit!

I mean amiright? Lololol. #lifegoals. I'm not trying to do "diets" but rather life style changes and just eat healthier. Be more active and stretching. Anyways, what would you consider to be a good goal?
