How long did it take you to establish your milk supply?

Hi Mamas! I had an emergency c section on 8/3 and am still struggling to establish my supply. I'm wondering how long it took other mamas to establish their supply, particularly after a c-section. Thanks in advance!

After my c section it took about a full week for the engorging and milk to come in, we weren't able to latch so I pumped

My milk came in within the week of my LO being born. Your supply will get better established between 4-6 weeks. That's why most will say wait to pump if you can. Your baby is going through a bunch of little growth spurts before then, so you will likely be nursing all of the time (and I mean ALL the time) while the baby is training your body to produce more. after my c section it took 3 days to begin and 7 before my first uncomfortable engagement.  my was 4 days off 40 weeks.

I had an emergency c-section and baby was 1 month early and my supply never came in.  Totally sucks especially money wise but she's fed and so perfect!
