Wonder what's going on...?

I've had super sore boobs for a few weeks now, my husband and I both agree they are seemingly bigger... I had some spotting over the weekend, one day, very light red. I have some green stool, starting today.. I was cramping last week, very low, in the ovary area. I haven't missed a period, I still have a few days before I should start...i don't want to test and get discouraged. does this sound like anything, or am I an overthinker? :) also, I recently have started to lose some weight. we are very sexually active, and even more so on my fertile days&ovulation; days.
