HELP! Sore breasts 😰

I have endometriosis and constantly have crazy symptoms that mimic pregnant so I can never tell. My periods are irregular also but we're actually in sync for awhile till this month. It came late, only 3 days of spotting. I've taken SEVERAL pregnancy tests and all negative or vvfl, evaps. I'm sick of spending money. I pretty much think I'm not pregnant but anyway my breasts are EXTREMELY sore like beyond for the last two weeks. I don't get it cuz it's never happened to me before. I'm said to be ovulating on glow but who even knows. I just want to cry😓 Is there any other reason my boobs would hurt so bad? So confused.
