Well, I've started doing some mild workouts again and I haven't done much my whole pregnancy. I've worked full time up until this point and am now taking some time off work and finally have the time and energy to start something. The workouts I'm doing are designed for women in their third trimester and they focus on thighs and the butt. Supposedly will help significantly with labor. It gets my heart rate up, but not too much by any means. It's making me feel good and helping with my energy levels. I feel like it'll help me bounce back quicker after she's born too.

I worked out significantly before pregnancy. Personal trainer + running almost everyday.

Has anyone else done this starting this late in the game? I'm just curious and am wondering how you're feeling if you did.
