What exactly do you mean when you say you've tried everything? I find that what works best for me is a low carb diet. you probably can't do it long term, as it is not very balanced, but you shed weight fast. I'm actually starting one now, along with exercise - which I already did before as wasn't working on it's own...

None of the above. Cut out junk food and focus on healthy eating and portion size. Find an physical activity you actually enjoy, hiking, weightlifting, jogging, sports etc. don’t set unrealistic goals and expectations for yourself. I it will only lead to daily and disappointment.

Look into beachbody on demand. The 21 day fix stuff seems to work great. If you eat the right type of food it will help. I was stuck for the longest time and I joined a group and lost 16 lbs and 7 inches in 1 month.
