So...I've been diagnosed with an incompetent cervix and I go in weekly for measurements. Since diagnosis, I've started progesterone and my cervix has grown a teeny bit and stayed consistent for 3 weeks. Even though I've had good appointments, my OB and MFM still make me come in weekly to monitor. I was planning on flying this weekend to see friends and family. My doctor said she was "OK with me traveling, but it is up to me" and then explained the risks of going into preterm labor in the air. If this were you, would you fly or stay home?
