I had my now ex arrested for domestic abuse a few days ago. He got out yesterday. Since he's been out, he's had the cops come out to my house claiming that he was "afraid for my own safety", saying that I'm suicidal. They immediately woke my 18 month up, and sat with him in the squad car. I had to talk to them for over an hour convincing that I'm not. I allowed them to search my house, not sure what they were looking for though. They ended up giving my son back and urging me to seek help with everything going on. Then this morning, he emptied our bank account, leaving it -$230+. The bank won't take my name off of the account without him there... even though I explained what was going on. Hes not allowed within 500ft of me and we have a no contact order in place. But "they are following policy" and "their hands are tied". On top of that, I tried logging into facebook today and it says my account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. He was able to come gather some of his things this morning and he took the fucking car. Hes staying with his uncle for the time being. His uncle is pretty well off, and has 3 spare vehicles in his garage. Our son has doctor appointments coming up on a few days. I'm having him tested for autism. How could he do this to me?! Wtf am I supposed to do?! The sheriff's office is dropping off a box of necessities tomorrow afternoon for me, so I will have baby food and diapers. Idk what to do. I'm still in shock that all of this is happening. I never saw this coming 😢
