Pcos and high insulin
My friend was just diagnosed today with pcos .. she also has very high insulin levels . They told her she would have to diet and workout in order to not get diabetes . She is only 19 and not thinking about kids right now but she's scared she won't ever be able to have them when she's ready. Could anyone give advice or testimonies of having pcos and still being able to conceive ?
