The endocrinologist said my doctor and Gyno were wrong

I got testing done for thyroid and PCOS and was told I have hypothyroid and that explains my weight gain. I was told I might not have full PCOS but I do have tiny cysts on my ovaries. The endocrinologist didn't look at any of my previous labs and told me that thyroid doesn't cause you to gain weight or have missed periods and that I do have full PCOS. She said missed period, weight pain, and my "acne" are a sign of PCOS. My periods were normal until I stopped birth control mid pack and gained 70 pounds in 10 months. She also said ill most likely have diabetes before I'm 30, I'm 21 now. My fasting glucose was 100 when it was 60-99 as limit. Gyno and doctor didn't talk about it. Endo told me for my age it should be around 70-80. She told me I might also have Hashimoto's and had my mom and I do an ultrasound of my thyroid while she was with another patient. She told us to play around with it cause it's fun. She seemed a bit crazy, but I want to make sure I'm not in denial. A picture below shows my break outs, where I live it's extremely hot and I haven't been on top of washing my face lately. Is the endo correct or should I trust my normal doctor and Gyno.
