Baby Tylenol/Motrin

My SO, LO, and I all caught a virus she's just now 2 months and I know you aren't supposed to give babies anything until they're 4 months without talking to a doctor first. We were just at the doctor and I forgot to ask what to give her 🙄. Anyway she won't sleep is having trouble eating and she's just crying nonstop and normally I can get her to stop but she's just so uncomfortable. I called the doctors office and left a message but I feel so horrible has anyone done it before 4 months? Will it be okay as long as I follow the instructions?
