Something doesn't feel right

I'm 36+5 and something doesn't feel right?

Baby has been flipping and gone from head down to transverse with the ambilicalcord in the way back to head down Iv had 2 steroid injections just incase they need to do a c section.....

The past few days Iv been extremely nauseous I feel hot and cold at the same time and just feel like something isn't right .... each time the baby moves or kick or dose anything I'm in a lot of pain ..... I honestly just want this to be over already I'm up crying in pain most nights and days

Is this something I should ring up about
