Sleeping with a tampon in?

i've been doing it for 20+ years...  i change it often during the day, depending on my flow, and leave it in at night..changing it if i wake up...  never had a problem

I don't know about you guys... but when I wake up to pee in the middle night I am still pretty much asleep. Needless to say, one time I slept with a tampon in and forgot I had one in when I went to pee at 2am 😂 so, I'm gonna go ahead and say I don't think it's a great idea to sleep with a tampon in.

I sleep with one in - otherwise they'll be blood everywhere. It doesn't just magically stay on a pad when l'm sleeping, unfortunately. Otherwise l sleep completely nude cause l love feeling free at night.
