Spotting/bleeding 10 weeks?

I had some brown bleeding yesterday so I messaged my midwife. The nurse replied and said spotting is normal. By the time I got home from work I wiped four times full of pink blood. I messaged my midwife again who probably won't reply till morning. I just was wondering if anyone else has had similar bleeding to ease my mind while I wait for a response.

Look like there's a clot in that. Could be nothing but I would go to the ER or call your doctor immediately

I had a subchronic Hemorrhage (still do) and I'm 12 weeks. I bled like this. It was awful. I bled for a week and it just stopped, but everything looks good with baby. They said I'd likely have it til 18 weeks and mine is huge, it's not a small one! It's the most common reason for bleeding, other then Miscarriage.

It can be normal, but it can also not be. I had bright red bleeding at 5 weeks and was likely due to a subchorionic hematoma that has since become very small- baby is now 10 weeks. Have you seen the heartbeat yet? I would suggest lying down on your left side and drinking lots of water. If you start cramping, get a fever or develop pain, go to the ER. Otherwise, call your midwife tomorrow first thing in the morning and get checked out.
