PCOS for 17 years. Multiple diets tried over the years, with and without Metformin. Been on Keto diet 31 days, 20 pounds down. I've been stuck at 200 pounds for 3 days, but my body fat % is going down even though the weight isn't. I'm also a very picky eater, but this is one diet I've been able to stick to, and not been discouraged.

I did low calorie. Low carb. Lost 1 stone and fell pregnant. It really worked. Now trying it again for baby number 2. Fingers crossed!

I did and loved Keto: low carb, medium protein, high fat. I lost 60lbs in 6 months. I'm on a hiatus because I'm 17 weeks pregnant, but will definitely go back afterwards!
