Okay, so I forgot my Topamax can reduce the effectiveness of my birth control pill, and my boyfriend and I had sex once in a day in two weekends (I only get to see him on the weekends; he lives 2 hours away) and he didn't come inside me, but we did have sex without a condom for most of it. He pulled out before he came both times, and I take my pill religiously every morning at 7am...everyday. This was about 2-3 weeks ago, and I'm kind of nervous about being pregnant. I'm sure that it's nothing but I'm still getting emotional and now I'm nervous. I don't want to take a test because I'm a little scared. We're both 30, but we were hoping to wait on kids and he didn't know my Topamax did that to my bc pills, so he thought we'd be okay, even if he came inside me.

Any advice, besides a test?

I know there's sperm in pre-cum, but what could be the odds? I should have thought about Plan B sooner, but I realized the Topamax thing too late. He's not worried. I am, and I don't think I am, but it's there in the back of my mind.

Also, after the first time without a condom, I spotted the morning after (we had sex the night before) and it got a little heavier then continued for about 5 days.

Please, someone calm my insanity...
