Moringa Vs. Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle Combo for Lactation
I've been taking Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle to increase my milk supply (along with eating oatmeal, drinking a lot of water, etc). I found that even 10 weeks Postpartum I only produce about 2.5 ounces max in 2 hours. That was even with doing what my LC said with taking it until I smelled like Maple Syrup. Then I stopped smelling like it and didn't want to take too much, so I didn't up the amount.
I just ordered Moringa and I was curious if anyone has a personal testimony (good or bad) about their experience. I also wanted to know, what amount of ounces change and how long did it take for either supplement?
Any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm about to go back to work in a week and need all the help I can get!
