Tums, don't eat before laying down, milk, stay in upright position for awhile, don't eat a lot in one sitting.

I'm not a fan of soda, but sprite actually helped with my heartburn! It only lasted for a week or so, and it worked really well.

a bit of ice cream is the only thing that works for me! milk makes me super gassy, but for some reason ice cream is ok 😊
