SPD pain?

Question

Does anyone know with SPD does it favour one side? Feeling pretty uncomfortable on my left side.. vagina, lower tummy and tailbone.. right side is fine.. its uncomfortable whether I sit or stand and has been aching for last hour?? It comes in waves but doesnt feel like contractions and is only on one side.. currently 26+1 and pain is more in my vagina area where its coming in waves.. baby has given me lots of kicks!

I have it too, and I've never felt it more on one side than the other. It's just an intense pain in the middle of my pubic bone. 
The only time I feel it on one particular side is if I move that leg to do things like get out of bed or into my car 😓 
Have you gotten a belt or anything to see if that helps? I just ordered mine, so I'm anxious to see if it helps!

I have SPD and I get it down my right side. My pubic bone between my legs is the worst and I sometimes get bad tailbone pain which shoots into my bum and down my leg. 
It helps to keep active and do some exercises from the physio. I'm 24 weeks and had it for last 4 weeks x
