Relief for back pains ?

I'm 24 weeks and 4 days and my right side of my back aches sooooooo freakin bad and I can't bare the pain!!!! I've tried a heating pad, massager, even tried ice packs but nothing seems to work. When I try to walk it even hurts. What can I do to stop the pain? Any suggestions?

Is it round ligament pain? I used dottera deep blue and I found so much relief with it when I had horrible round ligament pain, it was to the point where I was just in tears and and was up all night long and hurt to even walk. I would also after I put the deep blue rub on rock back and forth on my hands and knees on my bed until I felt the pain slowly go away, and then crunch down and sway back and forth. This was when I was 16 weeks I'm 25 weeks now.

i've found that exercise and stretching daily to be a tremendous relief with my back pain. swimming feels amazing on my body and relieves all the pressure. you could also try acupuncture or chiropractic adjustment, just make sure the chiropractor has the webster certification.
