Severe Pelvic Pain... can't walk

It's 3am, I've gotten up to pee twice and both times I couldn't walk because I have been in so much pain. Once I did make it to pee, took so long trying to shuffle to go.

In my 2nd trimester, it started out at just pelvic pressure. And now in my 3rd trimester, it's been painful. Some days, I can handle. But tonight... it hurts so bad. Doctor keeps saying it's normal, take tylenol, change position, stretch. I've done it all, well I think.

Please help. Any advice would be great, right about now. Thanks.
