It doesn't say that much to be honest.. I'm 5'11 and weigh a 145 pounds.. and I'm mostly muscle. Everyone is different and you should feel comfortable in your skin. And be healthy..
It's not that hard, start working out. I prefer weight lifting and eat whole and healthy and drink plenty of water. I don't drink any soda at all.. I do have my portion of sugar/chocolate once in a while lol. And make sure you eat enough proteins so you maintain your muscle and look at the portions you're eating. Make sure you have a calorie deficit.
