Feeling hopeless

I don't know how much more I can take😭😭😭😭😭 went for our follow up scan to see if baby's heart is still beating and it is but he's not doing good it was over 200😔😔😔😔😔 doctors are preparing me for the hearts my poor baby😭😭😭😭 I feel hopeless and like giving up
