Where do these babies go?

When I have my surgical abortion tomorrow where will they get rid of my baby? I can't keep it for my sons needs as he's disabled and I'm once again a single mother so it wouldn't be fair to this baby. I still love it though.

Also I know when my friend miscarried and had a d&c; at 10 weeks they was able to tell her that her baby was 60% chance of being a boy. I'll be 13 weeks, so you think they'll be able to tell me sex?

Does the baby come out in one baby or do they cut it up to get it out, im having suction...
