so this is a super up close pic of it and I'm sorry for the graphicness of it but the bumps at the top of the picture stay there and don't really bother me other than when I pull the "flaps" (I don't know the scientific word) open to wash or masturbate or anything like that they feel like I just ripped the skin. but the one I am worried about is the one near the bottom of the picture, it looks like it kinda has a hole in it like a ingrown hair but I've tried everything to pop it and dig out a hair and nothing is working. it hurts really badly every time I wipe after using the bathroom, or even move to walk. can someone give me insight as to why I'm getting these bumps and some home remedies for them so I can get rid of them.
