Who has experience reading bbt charts? I need some advice.

10 dpo and temp is a little higher today.

A) did implantation look to occur?

B) should I test?

You are not 10dpo. Your coverline is placed wrong. You are only about 8dpo according to temps. The coverline should go .1 above the highest of the previous 6 temps. Now you do have that one super high temp there in the middle but it's an anomaly so I'm suspecting it might be a questionable temp? If it is, your coverline should be at 97.3. Which gives you 8 temps above the coverline.

You could use ovulation tests instead of preg test. The month I got pregnant I did ov test on 9dpo, white. Then 10dpo, soft line. And 11dpo, positive. I did a preg test with same urine and positive too!
