So me and my husband have been trying TTC since Sep 2016 but i was on DEPO 4yrs last shot was due in Sep didn't get AF u ntil Jan 2017. Then i went on the PILL for 3 months starting June 2017 cause of AF was CRAZY(didn't take them all this month) I know It can take awhile to get everything out of your system. i have every Irregular AF so I never know when to check for ovulation. We have just started taking couple One A day vitamins and just started using pre-seed does anyone have any advise that could help us.
