Baby boy

Can't believe my boys were born three years ago on Saturday. Going to do a balloon release for his twin in heaven then going to go to southwick zoo. Has anyone brought their three year old to a big zoo? How'd it go? Did u bring a good stroller? We never went to a crowded place before and he isn't the best walker and hand holder. Just looking for tips.
