August 6th 2017 we found out we were pregnant. We were so so excited. I took 10 tests because I didn't think it was real. We had tried for 4 months prior.

I went to the ob to confirm and it was for sure. I got my levels back and they were only at 1100 for 8 weeks-(I had found out at 6.5 weeks, according to my last period) so my levels were suggesting 5-6 weeks. In that moment I knew, but I tried to stay hopeful that I was just a low starter. I went back a week later for repeat labs and they dropped to 940. They did an ultrasound later that day and sure enough, the baby was gone. My heart was broken. I was in pieces. Finally, I started passing the baby.

A week later(Monday 8-28) I went for ANOTHER lab draw and my levels went UP. Yet, I'm bleeding. They didn't know that because I started Monday after I got home. They wanted to do an ultrasound and then I told her so they're holding off until I can go in and get more labs drawn Tuesday (9-4)

What can this mean, (TMI) I'm in no pain and I'm heavily bleeding with some small clots but that's it. Why did my levels go up?
