Should I be worried?

Hello Ladies. I am currently 22 days late. 2 days ago I thought I was starting my period but it turned out I was only spotting and the next day there was some brown discharge but nothing heavy. I am going in on the 8th to get tested but is there any concerns I should have with me spotting this late? Thanks 😁
