In need of motivation! ASAP

Ladies I need you all!

I had my baby 3 months ago and I'm still not close of weighing the same before getting pregnant. I've been trying to eat less calories during the day and trying to run everyday (that's not helping because I have a one year old at home and baby boy in NICU). I work full time and I'm non stop all day. Some days my husband takes care of my son and go take a quick run but that's not always possible. Anyways i need pictures, word of experience, motivation speech... something so I can get this body back to "normal" I want to feel good about my body and confident. Please help me ladies! ❤️ I'm 5ft and weigh 165lbs!!! I was 146lbs when I got pregnant and I at least want to weigh that. It's so hard. I'm keeping up with my calories and obviously I'm active but I'm pumping and I get soooo hungry afterwards 😂 thank you all!
