Implantation bleeding

Had some light red blood when I wiped today, immediately cursed and thought it was AF. Now, 5hours later, hardly anything. No typical AF symptoms and this is two days early than my typical cycle (this is CD 23 of a typically 25-26 day cycle).

This would be my second period after My MC but I'm wondering how heavy implantation bleeding can be? This was VERY light compared to my typical first day of AF. I'm 12 DPO as well.

Any thoughts? hpt was negative yesterday. Don't want to count myself out, but I want to be realistic to.
