Why do they hurt so bad?!?!?!?!

according to glow I ovulated on Saturday the 26. which would make today 4dpo. since this morning my nipples (not my breast) have been soo sore and sensitive. on top of that they seem to be harder then normal. anyone ever get this pain in the nipples only???   I need help they hurt so bad I can't even rub my hand  against them because they HURT!!!!!!

My boobs started getting really sore the day I conceived and didn't go away. That's how I knew I was pregnant before testing, along with cramping. And sure enough I was pregnant! I'm 7 weeks 2 days now

I'm in the same boat! Mine have been sore the last couple days. My research found about 5 days after ovulation your progesterone levels are your highest so it's common to get sore nipples. They say if your whole breast starts feeling full or sore that can be a symptom of pregnancy. But everyone's symptoms are different and only you know your body the best! Here's to hoping both our sore nipples will bring us a BFP!
