Digital confusion

Last night I took a digital hcg test that said -no. So almost 24 hrs later I ripped it open (I know 😂) and there was a line there. I assumed it was an eval line. But just now i took another digital that also said no, but when I pulled it apart there was a second line?

Any advice?
