Okay so today is my first day using the cup and my period was so heavy today things got a little messy but it wasnt a big deal because i had a sink right next to me in the bathroom so i rinsed the cup and my hands and just went about my buisness....well what do i do if im in public and it over flows and starts leaking? Like i can't walk out of a stall with my pants down and blood everywhere...i wanna know what you ladies recommend. I have this same problem with my boyfriends house, his sink is outside of the bathroom but i decided ill use his shower lol. But i already wear panty liners and i carry wipes for the cup but is that all i can do?
