i have stopped breastfeeding for 4 weeeks and i want to get back to breastfeeding. my daughter only took breastmilk for a short time and not enough. any advice on how to get back to breastfeeding. bcz its so frustrating. i am not comoletely dried up. and i used to pumo my milk into a bottle bcz my babh wldnt take it directly from my breasts. help!!

Yes. From what I understand anyone who has had a baby can re-lactate. 
I know someone who adopted twins and breastfed them

yep! It's possible, I stopped breastfeeding when my daughter was 2 months than started back up when she was about 4 or 5 months. I mostly pumped, I would breastfeed her on the boob maybe like twice a day just because I liked bottle feeding her better because I saw how much she was getting.
