Surprise she said....
So I woke up with bleeding this morning I'm only 7 weeks and a high risk due to multiple miscarriages, went to the ER and they do an ultrasound and the nurse comes in and says SURPRISE it's twins 😳😭😂 I thought I was going to pass out.
