36weeks 6days liquidity white discharge

I'm a first time mom I've had a liquidity white discharge for the past few days. I've been getting what I'm guessing are Braxton hick contractions like 2-3 and hour. They hurt a lot and I feel the baby kick a lot to is it normal? Should I go to the doctor. What is it?
