What's the results?

So this is one of the dollar store pregnancy tests. I'm 10 days late? The dye is too far away huh? Because I couldn't see anything though the tiny tiny window .. but I opened it and saw that. Idk what to do.. I'm never 10 days late & I keep getting negatives..
