I think the sleep aid in Tylenol PM is the same ingredient as unisom and Benadryl. If so, it's fine! But I'm not 100% sure if it is.

I always google search anything & I was looking for meds last night since im superr sick with a cold but says yes only one really bad is Nyquil and no alka serltzer tables either but they say Robitussin is the best

I'm not sure I just found out I was pregnant and drunk a tiny sip earlier
