OPK blinking smiley but no EWCM???

Help has anyone gotten BFP but had no EWCM? I have had blinking smiley faces the last two days but no sign of EWCM it's been watery and light in amount. I stupidly took a mucinex for a couple days but stopped once I found out it could effect my CM.
