IUD. ttc. help.

question for you ladies. I never myself have had the iud but about 4 years ago I tried to get one done. the doctor couldn't get it in all the way to attach properly. She said I had a strong cervix(yay I guess?) anywho. My question is. can the fact that she still poked through my cervix. Have cause scar tissue? I've been ttc for a little over a year and a half. And I always wondered if maybe that would be part of the problem? has anyone else had experience with this? thanks for the input ladies have a splendid day!
