So me and my husband have decided we want to try for our first child. I have been on the pill for around 12 years. I have finished my packet of pills and just coming to the end of my normal withdrawal bleed.

I am reading online a lot that you should let your body have it's first natural period off the pill before having sex unprotected?

Did any of you do this? Or just start trying straight away without having your first bleed?
