Morning Sickness

First pregnancy, 4 weeks 2 days today. Does anybody have insight on morning sickness? Mine seems to get worse everyday with stronger nausea and all that. Also, does anything seem to help? Thanks in advance ladies, I don't really have any body to ask about this, my mom's pregnancies were all a breeze and I'm the first of my friends to have a baby.
