help please

ok i recently had unprotected sex and I'm not sure if some sperm went inside... anyway ever since I've had bad cramps, keep getting really hot, sore nipples and been sick once... (might be to do with I ate half a pizza, full packet of pasta and the salt and pepper chicken wings) I've gone 2 clear blue tests which I done early (6days until period) but they come back with a faint line, I've also done a cheap pink dye one and it's negative? I'm really confused, can I be pregnant? I've also just had a isotope scan which they put radioactive dye into me because I have 3 kidneys😣
