My LO keeping hit her head , anyone's the same?

Since she started cursing walking , she got hit herself a lot , but now she trying to walking on her own all the time usually after 2 steps she will failed then hit her head on everything what's around her. I tried to catch her, or move over the toys...etc then she hit her head to our

couch or ottoman , they mostly is soft but still some hard parts on the bottom and she hit it many time a day.....I'm worried she hit her head so much everyday! I check her many time no bump or bleeding on the head, she is acting normal and eating a lot as always.
