What is this?
I have noticed these two red spots by my daughters mouth. They aren't inflamed or swollen and they don't bother her. They have been there for two days. Any idea what it may be? The only thing different I have done is give her oral gel for her gums so maybe it could be a reaction. 🤷🏽♀️
