Dilemma

So this guy I'm dating have been very serious. We've known each other since high school and he's had a crush on me since. Anyway we really are hot and heavy for each other and we are already speaking of marriage, moving in together and hopefully having a family. Only problem is he has herpes. I dont. We been extra careful he takes his meds and we wear condoms. I wish he never got it but we can't change the pass. I'm with him cause he treats me the way a women should be treated. I want all these things and more with him. What should I do.
