Hole in skin from ingrown hair

I had an ingrown hair & removed it with tweezers just fine, then a few days later it was like a spot which then went away & then I was left with a very prominent lump.

The skin was easy to pick away because as I saw another hair in the same place.

I stupidly dug through the skin to get it & thought it would heal fine.

Then it scabbed over & the scab just came off, I've been left with a deep hole (doesn't show well in the pics), I'm not sure what to do

Looks like there's another hair inside but I don't want to make matters worse by getting that out😂
