Cures for Eczema on Inner thighs

I've always had bad eczema and I recently had a bad break out my first one in years unfortunately it's in my inner thigh near my Vagina any creams I can use that'll help for the itching???? I don't want to itch so that I don't break the skin and risk any infections from bacteria or scarring.
